R K Gupta is the visionary behind NDS InfoServ and the chief architect of the company's entire AI technology stack. With over 50 years of international management and technology experience, R K has been at the forefront of applying technology to business processes since the 1980s — when he pioneered the concept of technology-driven data processing with GCS (USA).
A computer science graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), R K built NDS from the ground up and has personally driven the development of the proprietary AI models that power NDS's autonomous coding, payment posting, denial management, and appeals solutions today. He has served on one of the Indian Prime Minister's IT task forces, helping shape the development of the country's technology industry on the global stage.

Madhu Gupta is a member of the founding team at NDS InfoServ and has served as a senior executive in multiple leading businesses. Her leadership style is grounded in bringing out the highest performance from the people around her, and her influence is felt across the culture and direction of the company.
Anurag Gupta

Anurag Gupta drives NDS's growth strategy and client relationships. He leads the company's sales organization and oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that NDS's AI-powered solutions are delivered with the reliability and service levels that healthcare organizations require.
With over 28 years of industry experience, a degree in Computer Engineering, and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from a top global business school, Anurag brings a unique combination of technical depth and commercial acumen. He is responsible for translating NDS's technology capabilities into solutions that address real client pain points — at significantly lower costs and increased reliability. He also oversees the implementation of NDS's information security frameworks, ensuring compliance and adherence to SLAs across all client engagements.
Manisha Patel

Manisha Patel leads NDS's financial strategy, drawing on her extensive experience in financial management and accounting best practices. In addition to her responsibilities as CFO, she serves as NDS's primary liaison to local, state, and federal regulatory organizations.
A Certified Public Accountant with over fifteen years of experience with top audit firms and banks, Manisha has previously served as CFO to organizations ranging from family-owned businesses to divisions of international trading companies. She has also been responsible for conducting audits at a leading bank. Her financial discipline ensures that NDS operates with the governance and transparency that healthcare clients expect from a technology partner handling sensitive financial data.
